Web Analyst required to work for one of the world's fastest growing global Internet sites. The role is responsible for the setup and administration of all site analytics and the analysis of trends for the site. Provide daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc, and campaign specific reporting. Will develop initial measurement strategies, measurement implementation plans, tracking implementation, and the provision of reporting and insights. A key part of a growing management team, the successful candidate will contribute to the rapid expansion and innovation of the company and the site. The expectation is that the Analyst will not only provide the data but help make decisions based on the data. This is not just a data crunching role. It will be critical that the individual has the ability to form opinions and make recommendations based on the day to day trends they see to stakeholders across the business. The role will also work with the Business Intelligence (BI) group to validate methodologies and analysis.

Key Skills:

Must be highly numerate, thorough,inquisitive, innovative, have excellent problem solving skills, be solutions-oriented whilst maintaining an eye for detail, have a passion for web
analytics and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.

A vocal team player who can fit into a driven and high-energy management group.

Have experience of working with quantitative data analysis, excellent Excel/Mac Numbers skills and an ability to interpret data, possess strong knowledge of web analysis tools

Strong capabilities in relational database modeling, programming, web analytics and proven results in tracking marketing data and monitoring campaign performance is a must.
