underlying user needs so as to optimise the usability of the mass market
mobile phone and web applications and services of the future. This will
involve devising appropriate usability studies to support iterative
prototyping-design cycles. You will be working closely with colleagues
in market research, marketing, design and engineering to make sure your
findings end up improving user experiences for millions of end users.
You will work closely with all of our client's business units which
cover fixed land-lines, mobile networks and the internet. You'll be
experienced in designing, conducting and reporting usability studies,
have worked closely with designers managing usability projects from
start to finish and have exceptional communication skills.
